Meditation never really clicked for me; I’d end up over thinking how to meditate. With the breathwork, for the first time something shifted immediately.
I felt my heart chakra opening and unfamiliar stillness in my mind—a silence that felt like coming home. Being nowhere and everywhere, being nothing and everything (an idea which previously scared me).
I felt it not just for myself but for all the beautiful souls around me, (including my ancestors). I felt their presence and the unbreakable connection between all of us, being part of something bigger.
